i paid $170 bitcoin and order confirmed and they banned me off my livechat after making me wait 3-4 hours saying they did not get my money.

Hey guys, thought i'd shed some light on this situation. 

 

The user in question has been using the double spend attack to steal $500 so far from RuneWealth. He is required to wait for full confirmation before his funds will be released. (which is more than reasonable...)

 

Ryan, please provide the transaction ID.

@Visco can you or @RuneWealth post proof that this user was attempting or did complete a double spend attack on runewealth?

if you wish any of it to be private you can pm it to a member of staff. 

 

@ryanbarber can you post a screenshot of the order from localbitcoins, you can blur any sensitive info.

Hey Ryan, 

We DO NOT use LocalBitcoins to recieve payments. 

All btc payments are through GOURL - our payment processor.

and the ONLY wallet address we recieve orders to is: 15LwXs6HzUiCWMb4KokFiR47fLsFoYx3K6

Of which you can even see we recieved no BTC on the 24th. Chuckle did provide a screenshot however, this was actually of a previous order you also double spent.


Visco has provided a screenshot showing a transaction from his LocalBitcoins account to our BTC address:

As you can see, it is NOT an internal transfer and if you look up the TXID on the blockchain, it actually exists:

This does not even show you sending to our BTC address.

This is a screenshot of order: 29857 from our site (customer personal details have been cut off but can be provided to a mod):

As you can see, it marked it as payment recieved (detected the transaction in the mempool) however, as it was a double spend attack; it was dropped from the mempool so remained unconfirmed. 


here is a screenshot of the same order from our payment processor email:

You can see the status is "Sucessfully Processed Payment" however, if you lookup the transaction ID on the network; it does not exist. (proves it was not paid)


This was the reason our Staff initially sent the GP for previous double spent orders. They read the status from the email but did not confirm the transaction on the blockchain. 


So ryan, we'll ask again - please provide the TXID of your transaction that you sent to our BTC address 15LwXs6HzUiCWMb4KokFiR47fLsFoYx3K6 on the 24th. 

I believe this evidence is more than enough to prove that there was no completed transaction to us on the 24th and that order 29857 was not paid.

i dont know half the shit your even talking about. i sent it to the address it asked and i paid through local bitcoins. if i was double spending i wouldn't be spendin all the time i have trying to fight a losing battle

 

the onlyt way my transaction wouldnt show on the blockchain is if you used the same wallet or your exchange is supported by local bitcoins

 

my payment was sent and mark received it worked for lots of smaller orders. as soon as i did the $170 you scammed me.

@ryanbarber do you have any other evidence maybe a screenshot from of your bank? (blur/hide all personal info)  anything else just showing the 170$ leaving the account on the 24th?

or any other evidence to back up your claim that runewealth has received the payment?

 

@RuneWealth has posted a lot of evidence that he didn't receive the payment 

I am not familiar with this kinda crypto abuse. so im going to discuss the case with other members of staff.
