I just read it and it says he "Did not authorize the transaction" Which means he is saying it wasn't him....
Do you know of any programs that take screenshots?

A helpful tip is to call paypal and talk with them. Do not try to argue with them because that will lower your chances although if you listen to them and try to provide full evidence that you did infact pay him you will most likely win the dispute. I had a 112$ dispute for the same exact reason and had called in which I believe boosted my chance of winning by a lot.
